Transition in Action

Every client presents a unique set of circumstances and challenges. 

Laurie Zook and her team are practiced at using a personalized approach to fulfilling the goals of each project, and pro-actively take the necessary steps to avoid and overcome problems.

The M.T. Technique:

"ASSESS, PLAN, TAKE ACTION!"

is based on de-constructing the problems, assessing the clients personal needs and wants, re-organizing all of the elements, and designing a personalized "TRANS-ACT-ON Plan" for each client.

A plan of manageable action steps and support information, that assures the success of the project!

The "TRANS-ACT-ON" plan is written, beginning at the exit date: the projected moving date, and is physically worked toward the present.

Each step is outlined in the personalized "Trans-Act-On" Notebook: the client's

 "Business Plan for Change."

At the end of the transition:

• The client is/are physically re-organized,
• their needs are known and have been addressed with appropriate parties,
• so...old problems solved,
• anxieties alleviated, 
• family and friends enlightened!  
• the new home or office is set up to be ultimately functional, safe and attractive.
